Biographie - Kühn, Christian
Das ÖISS (Österreichisches Institut für Schul- und Sportstättenbau) ist eine Stiftung des Bundes und aller Bundesländer. Seit mehr als 60 Jahren wirkt es als Kompetenzzentrum für die Planung, den Bau und den Betrieb von Bildungseinrichtungen sowie Sport- und Bewegungsräumen in Österreich.
Christian Kühn studierte Architektur an der TU Wien und der ETH Zürich. Seit 2001 ist er Professor für Gebäudelehre an der TU Wien mit einem Schwerpunkt im Bildungsbau. Von 2008 bis 2023 war er Studiendekan für Architektur und Building Science. Er ist Architekturkritiker für Fachzeitschriften und Tageszeitungen sowie Vorsitzender des österreichischen Beirats für Baukultur.
