Born in Kenya, Susan Omondi came to Germany in 1997. After studying business administration and completing her Master's degree in Business Information Technology, she worked for several years as a quality manager, project manager and lead auditor at well-known companies in Switzerland. Presently she is lead assessor and offers services such as project management, training, diversity and ethics in technology as well as the digitalization of processes.
As a non-native, Susan partly experienced rejection when looking for a job and an apartment - so she had no choice but to work on herself. She realized that true success and strength come from within. She believes that every person can create something great - if they leave blame behind. For Susan, this means taking responsibility for herself and thereby gaining more influence.
